Steve you are a good man!! Keep these videos coming. Thank you for all that you do for the missing souls that can no longer speak for themselves. God Bless these people and their families.
Again an interesting & tragic presentation. I cannot imagine the angst of the families in simply “not knowing” what happened to their loved ones. I don’t know that finding a body is that helpful in knowing why. It is though better than never finding a body. I pray that these families find peace, whatever that is
Stories such as that of Collin Finnerty hit me the hardest. My husband too was addicted to pain medication. His paranoia & trust of others led to bad decisions & he died of an overdose in 1995. Mood swings, depression & a loathing of self all followed. Getting off of prescribed medication in and of itself solved nothing as it’s so easy to fall back into the same things. My heart bleeds red when I am reminded of stories like that of Collins
@Glendabarton45 Barton love, understanding & support, you are correct can help some. That said other factors such as having a small child in your home influence ones decision to stay or go. I think though it also depends on where one is in their addiction & whether or not they are ready to accept help. I’m glad your son is doing well & sincerely hope he continues on that path.
Dear Glenda Personally Id make anyone convicted of smuggling large amounts of heroin or fentanol or Cocaine be named and shamed and forced to run the gauntlet by being made to walk through places like the streets of Philadelphia where those unfortunate enough to ill afford rent are forced to live on the streets and endure drug addiction to lift the shame of their miserable existence ……
@Glendabarton45 Barton yñ
I am one of the few who was so far gone on pain medication there was absolutely no hope for me, 16 years on the Rodeo trail , as I picked myself up and with mass amounts of love and courage, I have been pain medication free now for over 12 yrs , I truly do feel your pain and lived that nightmare
@J cecil I commend you in your sobriety; you are now able to see through the clouds & feel the sun. Life is like the ocean; the waves represents the journey of life. Always remember that whatever flows in will also flow back out
I need to let you know how sick I am of all the cable shows doing the same stories over and over again only under a different total! Thank God you and your crew do stories on those who never get known because Dateline and 48 hours ID and oxygen do the same stories all the time. So thank you for bringing awareness to us!!
I agree with you. I’ve had it with the same old stories. Glad I found Mr.Ballen who lead me to this channel.
Their starting to make new episodes of the old ones like fear they neighbor
@Carly Jack Haven’t see those in a very long time….They sure tried to keep those going…
@Kevin Oshea 😳🤔🙄
@linda egli they did
Look, I was an expert body surfer at Huntington Beach. The waves were huge at times, but I got dragged out 3 times. I also ate sand by misjudging the waves. So no matter how good you are…. Mother Nature is better!!!
Absolutely! Glad you lived to tell 😊
Expert body surfer🤣🤣🤣
@Pegasus Drone Service Australia The proof is there. She survived. I’ll bet she is the best of the best.
I’ll bet you are the best. There are a lot of jealous people on here 🤣🤣🤣 Keep on being safe.💯🏆🏄
Poor Mike. Getting his life on track and then this. Prayers to the family.
I dont think he’s still in that park. I think something happened, he died and they dumped his actual body somewhere else.
@Carly Jack I completely agree with you. I don’t think he’s in the Park either. It definitely sounds like his body was dumped somewhere else.
Try to find a way out? Omg! That poor boy. Thanks for bringing these stories to light. It’s a blessing you folks do.
The Lucas Renoud case is disturbing due to the call he placed to the emergency line. Unfortunately even in America we have dolts working 911 as well
Right. It sounds like most of these cases, he was succumbing to the hypothermia already. But it seems as if he could call emergency numbers, they should’ve been able to locate his phone(?) Can’t recall the year of the incident. That poor football player didn’t have anything going for him out there. I don’t think his wife meant any harm, it just seems like she would’ve been a lot more apprehensive about him going into the woods with so many neurological issues.
It’s so incredibly sad that so many people go missing each year, often under mysterious circumstances. I can’t imagine the agony loved ones suffer, not knowing what happened to their family member or friend.
Thank you, Steve, for bringing these often cold cases to the forefront so that perhaps new eyes can spot something missed, old memories might be jogged, or guilty consciences might be pricked to reveal information. RIP to all those who have passed away and God bless all families and loved ones left behind. Please stay safe everyone.

I truly believe things happen to some of these people that our brains can’t even comprehend!!?!! Some of the stories just donate SENSE!! Like the little boy running up the hill and Dads right behind him 20ft, kid hits the top of the hill starts to go down the other side and POOF HES GONE?? WHERE DID HE GO?? How come these people are found years later dead in areas that have been searched by 100 people and they weren’t there before!??
Thunderbird
I never realized so many people are injured, go missing or are killed in National parks. So sad. Be careful everyone. ♡.
CHAR,
Very pretty flowers!
You are amazing, it is obvious how passionate and dedicated you are to your channel and stories. Your voice is so soothing and helps me sleep when I’m struggling and when I’m not struggling I am totally engaged in your videos.
Take care and sending love.
The Michael Bryson case really got me thinking Steve. I live in Northern BC in the Peace region, and most of my life I’ve always lived not very far from the Prince George highway of tears etc .anyways this particular case of Michael Bryson draws a very close similarity to the 2011 missing case of Madison Scott case. Briefly she went camping on a weekend to hogsback lake near vanderhoof BC, a fair size party happened that night at the lake, lots of conflicting stories, apparently strange faces seen at the party as this was odd for the small spread out area, her best friend left her by herself to leave with other people, nobody knows if she ever made it back to her tent but by the next days there was no trace of her, tent and truck left at the remote campsite. The parents have never given up looking for her and the RCMP seem clueless as usual. If you get a free minute please have a look at her case as I’m sure the parents would appreciate it. Madison’s case deserves closure. Thank you
@Nicholas Williams Well, the short version is Get stuffed. Honestly, why on earth do you think you should be dictatong to any other commenter? As I said, it’s a public forum. If id.1.21 didn’t like my reply, nobody is forcing him to read the comments. I’m here to comment same as anyone else, and as long as I am within ToS, I don’t need your approval.
And it is easy to these cases can’t be solved so there’s no point in worrying bout them… except if they were your family members.. then it’s like living with an open, sore wound
@Nicholas Williams What is wrong with you? They are not my family members, and they never would be.
I heard about her case years ago….I was hoping it would have been solved by now 🙁 I also wondered if it was possible that she could have been a victim of Israel Keyes but idk of his timeline and hers would match up
@Morgan Brittny yes the timeline would be spot on for Israel Keyes to have committed the crime. They say keyes murdered his victims between 2011 and 2012.
Ill never forget finding a body 2004.. Partially decomposed.. Its so disturbing seeing how they look at that stage..Then again a drowning victim.. It never gets easy and I can only imagine people out exploring and Hiking there are many more bodies to be found
I’ve always been afraid of finding a decomposing body
@Joseph Lucas the smell is absolutely disgusting that’s the worst part about it
I just cannot imagine the heartache these families go thru! Thanks Steve for bringing these to our attention
Thanks for watching!
I’M JUST WONDERING IF SOME OF THESE PEOPLE STAGED THERE OWN disappearances
I can
In case #1 involving Jenny, I immediately suspected foul play and thought it was very odd that a couple go to a national park together only to separate and explore on their own. This is absolutely not normal behavior for a couple. I would really like to know what the dogs did around her car for everyone to immediately suspect Mike had something to do with it even that same day. People with certain personalities have no problem passing a polygraph regardless if they did something or not. Studies have been done involving serial killers. Serial killers that readily admit they killed the people they’re accused of killing. They were given polygraphs after they were in prison for their crimes and fully admitted everything. They were told to lie in the test. In nearly every case, the convicted killers were able to completely fool the polygraphs into showing they were telling the truth when they responded “No” when asked if they killed Jon Doe or Jane Doe. No deceptions could be picked up at all during the tests. Just passing a polygraph should *not* rule anyone out. FBI of all groups should know this. For the record I also believe they should *not* be used to prove guilt either. They should just not be used at all… period. I strongly feel that Mike definitely had something more to do with Jenny’s death than what’s been revealed so far.
I feel like based on how long they said he took to call her in missing they could have easily hiked up to that spot, he killed her hiked back then called it in. The story ain’t right.
@Jacob Sokolowski I concur…
I agree. There’s no reason to leave each other’s eye site if you travelled there together.
I live in Scotland, and i have watched many of the Steve Stockton related videos. It astounds me, the amount of individuals that just….disappear…… never to be seen again!! I consider that some have foul play involved, but also, i would say that their are scrub/bush covered areas on the trails, that would be seen easy to traverse, but hide a steep edge which falls steeply to depths that…i reckon, could at the very least, incapacitate an individual, or even lead to their demise. As to how, many of these who have been found in areas closely searched previously…….now, thats mysterious indeed. Steve Stockton, you have a real nice narrators voice…keep them coming…..maybe, one day, in the future, we will find an answer.
Thanks for watching, my friend! –Steve
There are also a great number of underground cave systems in the US, especially in national parks. I believe people really do get swallowed up by the earth sometimes!
@Read deeply yes, i have to agree….as to how they miss bodies, subsequently found in areas that were searched, sometimes multiple times…….is a mystery indeed !!!
Got a theory… If a predator has snatched a human and is watching from the nest.. the woods are now alive with search parties getting closer and closer to the nest, the predator might get spooked ( a survival strategy ) and place a body back on the ground cos it knows it’s gonna be found.. and the searchers.. will simply go away…
I totally remember when Garrett Bardsley went missing. So heartbreaking. There have been other disappearances around that same place over the years. The Uintah Mountains are beautiful but mysterious.
The first two rules of hiking are don’t go alone and don’t leave the trail, i broke both those hiking the Appalachian trail in 2014 i got lucky, no matter how experienced you are accidents happen, nature happens.
There are no rules in hiking. Maybe you should just stay in the city so u dont get lost
You know we live in a sad, uncaring world when we have to give credit to Michael’s friends for helping to look for him.
If Aspen trees can sound like cars on the road when wind blows through them, then I think thats something that should be told to everyone who goes into forests and National Parks. I’d imagine that would be very useful for people to know, its certainly something I’ll keep in mind, just in case.
It’s probably the case that the trees making the sound happen to have been aspen trees rather than only aspen trees being able to make that sound when wind is blown
Having worked as a park ranger for 5 years with three of those being in Yosemite from 94 to 97 working on search and rescue the whole time I can tell you about 90% of missing person’s cases are people lost and wounded with maybe 5% being Foul Play and the remaining 5% being a mix of vortexes, portals, alien abduction, Cryptids or other unknown monster attacks and 1% of no one will ever know. I don’t have any statistical evidence to back up my opinion. There’s are also places in the wilderness where indigenous cultures will describe that part of the nature has Wicked evil or bad meaning there are Earth dimension portals or gateways to Hell Dimensions or places like that. Native American tribes almost always knew where these places were or within proximity and avoid those places at all cost but with a Native American Holocaust and Slaughter of Indian people so much of that knowledge and wisdom has been wiped out with so many non-native people just not paying attention or heating their warnings. I only ever experienced one dark Wicked presents in Yosemite once one night walking with a friend from Curry Village to happy Isles and we both felt it locked hands and sped up walking but I never felt that Wicked presence of that place again. Places of human violence leave behind
energetic or psychic residue that can sometimes be felt and sometimes not which may have been what we were picking up on. Generally if you’re going to be recreating anywhere in nature it’s always good to have a buddy or friend with you and if you’re going alone on any type of hike or climb always tell people where you going to be and when your due back so if you don’t show authorities have a place to start. I haven’t always done this myself but I’m an expert Wildernessman and highly attuned to psychic energies so if I feel a dark presence in a place or some otherworldly presence that might not be safe so I know where to avoid but not everyone has such attuned senses. Sacred places and interdimensional portals where you might get sucked into a different realm of existence have a different feeling vibration. It’s just one of those things that you know how to differentiate or not
This is factual… too many stories of people walking into totally different weather, lighting, unfamiliar areas, total silence, etc. I don’t know what it is exactly, a portal, or just tricks of the mind, or even a dream state… but it has been reported a number of times with uncanny consistency in the details
Hahaha, dont forget your meds
@B Gee Yes. Too many cases with identical circumstances. Maybe I should have included a 1% hallucinizations and tricks of the Mind
What a soothing voice Steve Stockton as can listen to him for hours on end, narrates these missing people fantastic, keep up the good work and prayers to all the families.
