Is Joe too old? Does this look like elder abuse. I think Joe is in severe cognitive decline. He was never very intelligent and always seemed to be on the wrong side of every issue. Even as a senator he was probably the dumbest man in congress. That says a lot. There are a lot of congressmen and women who lake any connection to reality. On both sides, not just democrats.
