The Gabby Petito case is shining a light on a bigger problem. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System says nearly 21,000 cases are open right now. So why haven't these cases received the same attention as Petito's case? Derrica Wilson co-founded the Black and Missing Foundation nearly 14 years ago during the aftermath of the search for Natalee Holloway. She wanted to highlight what she and a growing number of others say is racial bias when it comes to the attention given to missing persons.
