Responding to pleas for help from in search of Michael Lloyd Reese, who never returned from a trip to the reservoir in 1985, along with his friend, David Jaramillo, AWP teams up with Profiling Evil and Diesel Brothers in hopes of solving this 35-year-old missing person's cold case from 1985.

Huge Shoutout to ☞ Mike..➤ for working with law enforcement and getting us federal permits to search inside the dam where found a vehicle along with the incredible support from the Diesel Brothers..➤ for supplying multiple boats and tow equipment.
So many supporters like Juan and his family with their boat, Thunder (Lloyd's Sister), Sarah for bringing this case to our attention (sarahksolves@gmail.com), DNR, Morgon County Sheriff's Office, Matt, and Andrew Moss, and a ton more I've forgotten along with all the viewers and supporters who came out in support of.

BEHIND THE SCENES (bonus footage from Josh)
=========
Details of Disappearance
Lloyd was last seen on June 3, 1985. He disappeared with an older friend, David Jaramillo. They left Lloyd's home in the 100 block of east 1700 South with two other friends and went to East Canyon Reservoir to go boating.
At some point during the day, David and Lloyd became separated from their companions and disappeared. Neither of them has been heard from again. They were last seen driving a brown Datsun B210.
Authorities stated they had little evidence in David and Lloyd's disappearance and aren't sure if they met with an accident or foul play. Both of their families still live in the Salt Lake City area. Their cases remain unsolved. The friends they were with that day aren't considered suspects in their cases.
Lloyd was popular in his neighborhood in 1985 and had a wide variety of friends. He enjoyed listening to the music of Ted Nugent and the bands Aerosmith and AC/DC. He graduated from Glendale Middle School just before his disappearance and dreamed of becoming a doctor when he grew up.

Can I say again what wonderful men you are. Joining up with Mike King and the Diesel Brothers, epic. Love you, my angels in scuba gear.
I love this episode! What an awesome collaboration! Y’all seriously should get together and do this more often! I pray for the family that they find their loved one soon. AWP, Mike King, The Diesel Brothers, the Sheriff’s Dept., and anybody else that helped = Great job. Stay safe and Godspeed
You too
I agree ☝🏼
Found y’all a few weeks ago and have to say I’m so grateful for your work and your diligence in creating content that truly does justice for the victim and the victims family while raising awareness. Stay safe guys
It just goes to show, that no matter the time that has elapsed in a case like this, AWP and their colleagues will continue to search. X
Its what they will be focusing on from here on out. With police support cold cases are less stressful and less fight back from the local police.
@Liana Engle that’s brilliant!!
Definitely an “it’s never too late” mantra.
Like I always say “ You all of you guys are Incredible amazing human beings. I’m just so happy there is such good people in this world that makes such a massive difference. Full support always with 💕 from Australia! X
What a monumental collaboration of exceptionally talented, caring and generous men. Great team work everyone. Keep doing what you all do so well.
Even tho it was not the car we was looking for and my brother is still missing. I want to thank everyone who came out and helped me search for him. It meant the world to me to know that I am not the only one who cares. I’ve been searching for 36 years and I don’t plan to stop. He needs to come home. But thank you yo EVERYONE!!!! I LOVE EVERYONE WHO HELPED!!!! I wish you all the best. Xoxo
Al*****
I dont do stuff4money , I’m abeg ❤
God bless you honey heartfelt prayers that’s he’s found and brought home
@Kim Wagner thank u so much. We will be having a memorial for him soon even tho he was not found.
@Thunder Alexander you are in our
Prayers and your Welcome 🙏🏻
Just starting this video but must say “love and respect “ from Somerset England. Your team serves as a neutralising force against uncertainty and even wickedness. 🥰
Man what an incredible video! Many thanks to EVERYONE who worked hard on this one! Will you do an update on who the car belonged to, the history, etc.? So sorry for Thunder that it wasn’t the car she was hoping it would be but perhaps answers for another family. I am so proud to be a supporter of AWP and will continue to be for years to come.
The VIN of the recovered vehicle came back to an insurance company, which means that the car had been reported stolen to insurance, and after a certain amount of time the insurance company “bought” the car from the owner. Unfortunately the only people who would know who the car belongs to is the insurance company.
Will it be reported to the insurance company? This could be fraud, just curious.
Thanks?😁
@BigE Ohio State Fan That is up to law enforcement, I’m not sure what they’re planning to do.
As someone who grew up in this area and is very familiar with the very winding and narrow East Canyon Rd, I really applaud all your efforts! So glad the Morgan Co Sheriff was involved too, they are awesome. I hope and pray her brother can be found.
How people dislike this kind of video just amazes me! AWP please never stop helping others and doing what u love. Its definitely yalls calling and we truly appreciate you and the team! Most people don’t and will never understand the effects mental health has on someone. Much love and respect! 🙌🙏💙
Most of them are probably people wanting to see who disliked the video and not realising that it doesn’t show who but then it adds their dislike to the list accidentally!
@Simon Elt Is this really true?
AWP really found a much needed niche.
It was great when they were cleaning waterway. But obviously there are so many missing people with a water component. You mission has morphed into an even greater service.
Thank you for taking it on and bringing us along.
Love the improved video skills too.
Probably because the Diesel Brothers .. which has nothing to do with search and rescue getting free air time qould ve my guess
OGDEN, Utah (AP) — The stars of the “Diesel Brothers” reality TV show have been ordered to pay nearly $1 million in legal fees on top of $848,000 in previous penalties for over pollution law violations. U.S. District Judge Robert Shelby of Utah ruled Jan.Mar 9, 2021. Shelby ruled in 2020 that the men committed about 400 Clean Air Act violations, including installing and selling devices to defeat emission controls.
WE’RE WITNESSING THE DETERMINATION OF ABSOLUTE SELFLESS HEROES!
Heroes are people who find dead people? Where I come from, heroes save people from becoming dead or die trying. These guys are incredible, selfless, courageous but not heroic. We cannot continue to throw around words and render them meaningless.
@The Fisher from Eden I bet you think heroes invade other countries for banksters gain. They are heroes because they go out of their way to heal the people of lost loved ones. Get it?!
Your production value is going up and up. However, the music goes way into the red in the middle of the Ep.
@sherean stobbs RIGHT! I agree… If you don’t like it don’t watch it or mute the sound it’s that easy!! 🥴
@Carson McMaster I think you did fine, I wouldn’t even have noticed the music if all these people weren’t complaining about it.
@ScottT I agree with you, people complaining about the production value of a video they’re able to watch for free just blows my mind lol
@Carson McMaster I’ve already unreccomended the Deisel bros for this. Its a problem most click horrders ignore.
Yes, and can’t hear some of the talking in other spots over the music. Usually much better editing, guys!
I know next to nothing about diving, but when I see those bags pop up in unison, it looks like art. I’ll never forget the Tammy Goff episode. You guys are “something else!”
Do you guys access historical USGS quad aerial photos? They are out there and some Government agencies will have them for the entire US. They would be very helpful in seeing where roads were at 30+ years ago.
I AM PROUD to be apart of such an amazing team! The Diesel Brothers were super nice guys! Excited to work with them again. PS theres a behind the scenes episode of this day on my channel for your enjoyment! 😎
Congratulations , Josh on the 1 K subs
Love the behind the scenes video. Awesome editing on it.
I want to see the behind the senses video. How do I watch it.
@Thunder Alexander in the description there is a link
@Josh Cantu I found it and subscribed to your channel as well. Thank you so much for trying to find my brother. And I also enjoyed meeting you all.
Look alot people think it’s not good to look for the missing family but that’s not true as an Alaska native American I seen alot of my people go missing without a trace of where they went. But people like adventurers with purpose is one of those many small group that bring closure to the things we go through everyday looking for those loved ones who vanish from our lives and huge thanks to you guys helping people with their troubles. Keep it up and keep truckin on cuz you guys have this bright minds to help people in need of help.
The fact that this effort was another “all volunteer” team speaks volumes as to the good people in our country. Thanks to all involved for caring about families who need closer.
Well shot video, well edited! Hope within time he is found and the family will have some closure!
Doug should be an honorary Diesel Brother!! He has the beard for it!
As much as I love what you do, and love being a part of it, I agree with many of the comments about the filming change and especially the audio. While music adds much to the drama, hearing the conversation and witnessing the process is SO much more satisfying than being accosted with overbearing music. Even drowning out Sam while he’s talking. Fix the audio, plz
Agreed. In addition to the music issue, I also found it to be particularly distracting to have another conversation going on in the background whilst trying to listen to the family member you were interviewing. That must be fixed too.
I had a hard time hearing the sister talking because a man’s voice was drowning her out.
The loud music is so aggravating, it ruins these video’s.
Agreed. The music at around 19:00 was obscenely loud. Very distressing for anyone with auditory sensory processing issues (i.e. me). My heart is still racing and I have a lump in my throat.
Sad that these boys are still missing, but I’m so impressed by the team effort of all involved. It’s truly humanity at it’s finest.
