Hey look, another one of those 'this caught me off-guard' alerts. I'm not even from South Dakota and I managed to get this message.
Recorded on May 29, 2021 at around 5 PM onto a blank VHS tape. The video feed was a decommissioned Trilithic EASyPLUS receiving local radio stations.
