An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-year-old boy named Armel Muhammad who is missing from Middletown, according to Connecticut authorities.
The child is described as a Black male with brown eyes and brown hair who was last seen wearing a burgundy sweater and blue jeans.
Police say the chid may be in a blue Chevrolet Malibu with CT registration AX50065.
