The Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the Richmond City Police Department, for a child abduction that occurred on May 30, 2021 at 1200 hours. The children are believed to be in extreme danger and were last seen at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, Virginia Abducted are Ariah Givens, biracial female, brown hair, brown eyes, 4 years old, 3 foot 0 inches tall, weighing 30 pounds, possibly wearing a white shirt, and Skylar Givens, biracial female, brown hair, brown eyes, 3 years old, 3 foot 1 inches tall, weighing 40 pounds, possibly wearing a white shirt. The children are believed to have been abducted by Larry Whack, black male, black hair, brown eyes, 6 foot 3 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, the suspect is possibly wearing a black hoodie with a Virginia beach logo, green and black camo pants and green, blue and yellow shoes. They may be driving in a 2009 Ford Fusion silver in color with a Virginia license plate of 83BRAT.
