An 800-page atlas arrives with no sender, packed in coarse salt. Forty-nine of its pages are gone, and if the book stays closed for more than three days, the desk beneath it begins to rot.
Each episode of The Torn Atlas restores one lost page of a torn atlas and inks one region of Umbrevast back onto its map.
The Torn Atlas is a work of fiction. Umbrevast, its regions, people and records are invented; nothing in this video describes real places, events or history.
Co-written and directed by the creator, with the script drafted with AI tools; narration and illustrations are AI-generated.
