Why do we struggle so much in relationships, even when we love each other?
I’ve always been fascinated by relationships and how two people can love each other, hurt each other, and sometimes keep repeating the same arguments and patterns.
The more I’ve learned about personal growth, the more I’ve started to notice how much of ourselves we bring into our relationships. Our fears, our past experiences, the things we’re sensitive about, and the patterns we don’t always recognise in ourselves.
In this video, I’m sharing some thoughts about why relationships can be so complicated, how we sometimes focus on what the other person needs to change while missing our own part, and what it means to grow alongside someone you love.
These are just my own thoughts and experiences, not expert advice. I’m still figuring things out myself, and I’d love to hear how you see it, too.
Because loving someone doesn’t automatically mean we know how to understand each other. And maybe learning to recognise our own patterns is just as important as recognising them in someone else.
