The Baltimore Ravens are preparing for their Week 6 matchup against the Cleveland Browns, and Lamar Jackson remains absent from practice. We go over the Ravens and Browns Thursday injury reports as both teams are pretty banged up heading into this game.
Offensive coordinator Declan Doyle discussed how the Ravens are keeping Lamar involved mentally as he prepares for a potential return Sunday. We also discuss Cam Jurgens potentially making his Ravens debut and the challenges of getting him ready to play on short notice.
Defensively, Anthony Weaver discussed the impact of Trey Hendrickson’s return, the growing confidence throughout Baltimore’s defense, and what the Ravens need to do to build on their impressive performance against the Atlanta Falcons.
Defensive line coach Lou Esposito also explained why the Ravens defense is playing more connected football and how communication between players and coaches is helping the unit improve.
Plus, we look ahead to the Cleveland Browns offense led by Todd Monken and Deshaun Watson, and what Baltimore must do to keep building momentum.
