The great white shark is the ocean’s most feared predator. Nothing is built to kill it — except one.
Off a remote coast, great white sharks began to vanish. No blood. No struggle. Just empty water, and then bodies washing ashore — whole, untouched, except for one clean wound and a single missing organ.
This is the story of the only creatures in the ocean that hunt the great white: a pair of orcas known as Port and Starboard. Using patience, memory, and a hunting technique passed down through generations, they do something no other animal can — flip a great white onto its back, hold it in a helpless trance, and take the one thing they came for.
A reminder that in nature, no throne is ever held forever.
