NOTE: The "NY/VT ALERT MESSAGE" name and the red circle picture next to it was manually added by me through the message contacts on my iPhone. By default, it says "893-61" with no picture. Just wanted to add that that was manually added by me. Also, the car noises in the beginning was from an online broadcast I was listening to before I got the message, and it wasn't part of the message.
