Days after a good Samaritan reportedly found 25-year-old Rudolph “Rudy” Farias, police in Houston say he never actually vanished and was living with his mother the entire time. She allegedly told people who saw Farias that he was her nephew. NBC’s Priscilla Thompson reports for TODAY.
