AMBER Alert issued for 1-year-old boy, ex-cop suspected of 2 killings in Washington

Just after 7 a.m. Tuesday morning, the West Richland Police Department (WRPD) announced that Huizar had been spotted in Portland, Oregon overnight, possibly driving a black sedan. The AMBER Alert has been extended from Washington to Oregon. It's believed Elias is heading to Mexico with the child.

    1. The same reason it happens any other time- cashless bond. The whole catastrophe could be avoided if people only realized their votes have consequences.

  1. But let’s ignore the abused parent and give the abuser parent 50/50 custody. Family court is CORRUPT and IGNORANT!!! Family court reform is demanded!!

    1. @@kalipw0210they hide in all walks of life. I think the number is something like 3 out of every 100 people have the traits to be diagnosed with anti-personality disorder, i.e. psychopathy, sociopathy.

    2. Sounds like he was on a downhill slide to screw up his life. At least the kid is OK, although has no parents now. Sad for him, stupid to think he’d get away with it.

  2. Wow, Yakima Police Chief, how did you miss this cops behavior for twelve years? Throw out his arrests of citizens as he won’t be available to testify.
