AMBER Alert canceled, West Richland 1-year-old found safe in Oregon

The 1-year-old boy at the center of an AMBER Alert issued out of West Richland has been found safe. His father, Elias Huizar, is accused of killing his ex-wife and girlfriend in separate incidents.
