On Halloween night in 2007, Michael Crisp and his 15-year-old son Aaron Crisp were found murdered inside their North Highlands home. More than a decade later, their family is still waiting for answers.
In this episode of Capital Cold Cases, host Kevin Papineau sits down with Sacramento County Cold Case Investigator Corey Newman to revisit the unsolved double murder of Michael and Aaron Crisp.
Aaron’s mother had been trying to reach him throughout Halloween day. When she returned to the home later that night, she discovered something was terribly wrong. Investigators later determined that both Michael and Aaron had been killed by shotgun wounds. Despite a thorough investigation, the case went cold.
Now, investigators believe someone may still know something that could help bring justice to the Crisp family.
