VIDEO DESCRIPTION
Twenty-six-year-old Australian tourist Sally Contarino vanished in Las Vegas, Nevada, one week before she was scheduled to fly home to Melbourne. This video shows the last known footage of her — a bizarre encounter with a stranger outside a 7-Eleven on Boulder Highway, filmed just days before she disappeared.
Sally had been traveling solo through the western United States, with stops in Palm Springs and Las Vegas. On June 19th, she texted friends she was about to hike Lone Mountain. That night, cameras caught her at Timbers Bar and Grill until around 10:30pm. The next day, she checked out of her hostel remotely, left her luggage behind, and never boarded the bus she’d booked to Los Angeles for her flight home.
Las Vegas police have classified Sally as an endangered missing adult and say she may be in severe emotional distress. Her family has flown in from Australia to help with the search, as crews comb the Mount Charleston area for answers.
📍 Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
