When retired professional baseball player Ray Waller moves his family into a new suburban home, he thinks the backyard swimming pool is the perfect place for his physical therapy. Instead, the water triggers an impossible medical recovery that leaves doctors completely stunned. But every dark miracle has a hidden cost.
As the family settles in, they discover the terrifying truth: the pool sits directly on top of an ancient, magical healing spring that grants a person’s deepest desires—but it demands a horrific life sacrifice in return.
