In June 2021, a former fighter pilot spent three months inside 21 Air, reviewing its safety policy. Then he resigned and wrote an email to the majority owner. CBS News published it after the Miami crash.
This is the second part of our film on 21 Air Flight 7598. The first covered what the two black boxes recorded. This one covers what people wrote down, in the five years before it happened.
Everything stated here is published and attributed. Nobody is accused of anything: we say who wrote what, to whom, and when — and we say plainly what is NOT known.
