20 year old Harvey Duffy and 23 year old Cameron Caswell had aspirations of being biggest d3alers in. And in order to run their operation that saw vulnerable young teenager be used as paddlers and runner to sell class A across Salford, the two men were also said to have access to a g*n.
Greater Manchester police took an interest in Harvey Duffy and Cameron caswell after children had been reported missing and said to have been spotted in the little Hulton area.
Police then found that the young teens had been used to peddle class A like H, white and crack, to customers. Police also said the runners had access to a vulnerable customer home where they could run the operation from.
It was thanks to police detaining the runners mobile phone that they found the extreme lengths Harvey and Cameron were going through to make a profit.
Police said the two men had care more about making money that they routinely offered runaways money and a promise of a bed, full belly and the exiting life of a free spirit.
In a there month period Harvey Duffy who was 20 yaears old, was the man who was the primary contact form the runners, with over 1000 messages from his mobile sent
The messages which have not publicly been disclosed showed that Harvey had complete control over his runner and has instilled fear into them.
According to the police the runners, who were under 16 in some cases were allegedly given large quantities of class a and placed in random houses or alleys by shops within the community of Salford and they were expected to sell all products
When police gained access to Harvey duffy mobile, they were then able to link Cameron caswell to the county line.
Police say Harvey and Cameron often left messages to each other with the notions of a to do list that concerned the county line . They also discussed how much money they made via messages.
But police explained Cameron was the more dangerous of the tw0 as when police raided a home in little hulton, they found a Turkish p!stol tucked away in a black bag behind a fridge . When the item was handed over to the forensic team, they were alble to link the p!stol to Cameron after a dna match
Harvey Duffy was arrested and charged with supply offences in February 2026.
The following month, in March 2026, Cameron Caswell was arrested and charged.
Investigators then continued examining the evidence, including communications between the men and the devices connected to the vulnerable teens
The investigation eventually reached Manchester Crown Court.
And on 11 September 2026, both men learned their fate.
Harvey Duffy pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of class a of the worst kind
His sentence:
3 YEARS AND 4 MONTHS IN PRISON.
Cameron Caswell received a considerably longer sentence.
He pleaded guilty to possession of a g*n and amm as well as being concerned in the supply of white
His sentence:
6 YEARS AND 10 MONTHS IN PRISON.
