She Crashed Her Car, Then Vanished in Minutes | Maura Murray

On February 9, 2004, 21-year-old UMass Amherst nursing student Maura Murray crashed her car on a sharp curve on Route 112 in Haverhill, New Hampshire. A school bus driver stopped and offered help. She told him not to call the police and said she had already called AAA. Police say that call was never made. When officers reached the car minutes later, it was locked and she was gone. No one has confirmed a sighting of her since.

This video goes through what police and the FBI have said on the record: the packed dorm room, the emails about a death in the family that never happened, the crash, the searches in deep snow, the 2019 house inspection, the 2024 age-progression image, and the Cold Case Unit’s February 2026 update. It also covers why the popular theories are still unproven. The case is unsolved.
