15 KILOS WITH NO FILE NUMBERS: FRED REYNOLDS INVESTIGATES COMPTON PD / PART 1

Former Compton Police Sergeant Fred Reynolds tells the story of an investigation he was assigned near the end of the Compton Police Department.

After Chief Hourie Taylor and Captain Percy Perrodin were placed on administrative leave, cocaine was discovered inside a locked locker in the department’s narcotics vault. Fred was assigned to find out what happened.

But as he began inventorying the vault, he discovered something much bigger: kilos of cocaine with no file numbers, questions about narcotics that records showed had already been destroyed, and evidence that simply didn’t add up.

Fred takes us inside the investigation, explains what he found, and reveals why the evidence began raising even bigger questions about what was happening inside the Compton Police Department.

LET THE INVESTIGATION BEGIN.
