On the evening of 9 February 2004, 21-year-old nursing student Maura Murray crashed her black Saturn on Route 112 in Haverhill, New Hampshire. A bus driver stopped, spoke to her, and offered to call for help. She refused. When police arrived about 19 minutes later, her car was locked and empty — and Maura has never been seen since.
This documentary follows the verified timeline: the strange week before she left the University of Massachusetts Amherst, the email about a death in the family that never happened, the $280 cash withdrawal, the crash at Weathered Barn Corner, the scent trail that stopped after about 100 yards, and the theories investigators still cannot prove.
All facts are drawn from verified public records, including the FBI ViCAP alert and the Charley Project case file. Theories are presented as theories, not facts. Anyone with information is asked to contact the New Hampshire State Police Cold Case Unit.
