if they are looking at the Hp GPS hang at aircon vent or GPS install at audio, eyes are away from the windscreen ,anything happen in front could be too late to react, the best is hang in front of the windscreen or on the dashboard so eyes can still see infront and not away from the windscreen
Remove the discretionary right turn rule immediately! It’s a dangerous thing for pedestrians n other road users!

The Mercedes driver was dreaming. And you will also notice that not a single car used the turn signal.
The traffic light sequence that allows vehicles to turn right on green at the same time as pedestrian 🚶♂️ have green man on to cross is accidents waiting to happen. The sequence should he no pedestrian crossing at all until all vehicles are sitting at red.
When is all the car turning right when there is are pedestrians crossing at traffic light in the first place ?? All drivers are in the wrong.
