  1. I hate to sound like a doomer but while your suggestion is sensible (e.g. bogus claims should be punished) I think this unlikely to ever happen as men will stand to benefit / women will stand to lose. Even if this law existed, male and female judges would be unlikely to “tick the box” and use this power just in case they are wrong, they don’t want to cause anymore distress to the women, etc. Sad but true.

  2. It sucks the litmus test for a perjury conviction is so high. People that lie in court should be made to provide restitution to their victim(s), AND be held accountable for their perjury with jail time.

  3. Couldn’t the thirty-something party haves filed a countersuit for frivolous lawsuit or the judge hold the fifty-something for contempt of court? I suppose it would all depend upon the particular jurisdiction’s laws or, as you mentioned, the judge.

  4. Thank you as always. The whole system need to be changed. I deal with laws when it comes to construction. And when it didn’t work or the test is not passed we Flag it and sending to the body responsible who put the testing. I believe men are getting screwed and women are getting away with everything.

Smart men need to step up to this simping culture. Laws need to change, period.

If not don’t get married. But the problem with that, we gonna decline as a culture and literally it’s national security issue.
