A 15 yr old at 11pm…..she could be getting dropped off in her front yard, Sunday night custody switch….the parent might have dropped her off at 9, then argued for a couple of hours. She’s 15 so maybe she wanted to leave with that parent?…..when they use the word “endangered” it implies that they know who has her in their custody, as opposed to just – missing – which implies all circumstances from one who may have wandered off to a suspected murder by a known or unknown abductor.

This is an “endangered” child, most likely a custody dispute, one parent taking her at whatever hour she was last seen.
