Police say Noah Clare may be with Jacob Clare, who is wanted for aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference. He is also wanted by the Beaver Dam, Kentucky Police Department for kidnapping and custodial interference.
Police say Noah and Jacob may be traveling in a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy with Tennessee tag 42MY10. The vehicle was last seen in Parker, Arizona.
